Salary: $130K-$150K depending on experience
About the Company
A vibrant, inclusive psychology practice based in Subiaco, Perth, known for its practitioner-centred approach, high-quality client care, and collaborative team culture. The practice supports clients across the lifespan, including body image concerns, eating disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence, while providing autonomy for clinicians to focus on their areas of interest.
The practice is expanding and looking to bring on up to 2 high-quality psychologists, ideally senior-level, as part of a broader plan to grow a multidisciplinary team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join a supportive and flexible practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver client-centred, evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload, including body image, eating disorders, trauma, and neurodivergence.
- Conduct assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and maintain ethical documentation in line with AHPRA requirements.
- Participate in peer supervision, case discussions, and contribute to the positive team culture.
- Flexibly structure sessions across split shifts (e.g., 7:30-1:30 / 2-6pm), with Telehealth and reporting options available.
- Support or supervise Clinical Registrars if applicable.
You’ll work closely with the Principal Psychologist and Clinical Engagement Lead and be a key part of a small, collegial, highly motivated team.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Registrar/Clinical Psychologist; senior-level clinical psychologists preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in eating disorders, trauma, neurodivergence, or psychological assessment.
- Training and familiarity with modalities such as CBT, CBT-E, EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, or Internal Family Systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to work some Saturdays, with a minimum commitment of 12 months and preference for 3-5 days/week.
- Strong communication skills, confidence with clinical systems, and commitment to ethical practice.
