Contracts Administrator – Intermediate to Senior level
Perth Metro | Osborne Park | Canning Vale | Leederville | West Perth | Perth CBD
Tier 3 – Tier 1 Builders | Diverse Project Portfolio | Long-Term Opportunities

I’m currently recruiting multiple Contracts Administrator positions across the Perth market, working with a range of reputable Tier 3 through to Tier 1 commercial builders.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across 2026 and beyond, these businesses are looking to bring on intermediate through to senior-level CAs who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

The Projects

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of commercial builds ranging from $10M – $1B including:

  • High-rise construction

  • Multi-residential developments

  • Education (schools & tertiary facilities)

  • Industrial projects

  • Healthcare facilities

Project values range from mid-tier commercial developments through to landmark, large-scale builds.

The Roles

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

  • Head contract and subcontract administration

  • Letting and negotiation of trade packages

  • Cost forecasting and reporting

  • Variations and progress claims management

  • Procurement and programming support

  • Financial management of projects from $10M to $200M+

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar)

  • Experience working with a commercial builder in Australia

  • Strong financial and contractual acumen

  • Ability to manage multiple trade packages and stakeholder relationships
