They are seeking experienced Anaesthetic Technicians to join their Anaesthetics Team and contribute to safe, high-quality perioperative care.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Anaesthetic Technician to step into a dynamic theatre environment offering both challenge and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, VMOs and multidisciplinary team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service and person-centred, evidence-based care
• Supporting anaesthetic procedures across a range of surgical specialties
• Participating in clinical governance, compliance activities, and NSQHS standards adherence

You’ll work closely with Anaesthetists, Theatre Nurses, and the broader perioperative team and play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient theatre operations.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience working as an Anaesthetic Technician in a hospital setting
• Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology (or equivalent qualification)
• Demonstrated compliance with NSQHS National Standards
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
