Supervisor

  • SALARY UP TO $210K + SUPER

Join a specialist construction and engineering team with over 30 years’ experience delivering projects as a main contractor and sub-contractor to clients across a broad range of sectors throughout Australia.

Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor with proven experience delivering bridge projects covering remediation, maintenance, strengthening and replacement.

With a steady and growing pipeline of work, we are seeking individuals willing to work a 10:4 or 2:1 roster arrangement.

Your New Role:

  • Reporting to the Project Manager you will lead the project on-site – on time & budget.
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, labour and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate daily records and documentation.

Consistently prioritise health and safety, ensuring it is integrated into decision-making and operational activities on every project.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Supervisory experience of at least 3 years on bridge construction projects.
  • Bridge maintenance or remediation exposure highly regarded.
  • Proven experience leading teams on site.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative partnerships with clients, contractors and
  • multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workplace health and safety with a strong track record of supporting and implementing WHS principles.
  • Full Australian working rights.
