Are you a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand considering a move to Australia?

I’m currently recruiting multiple Contracts Administrator positions across the Perth market, partnering with well-established Tier 3 through to Tier 1 commercial builders with strong, secured project pipelines through 2026 and beyond.

The Projects

You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $1B, including:

  • High-rise construction
  • Multi-residential developments
  • Education (schools & tertiary facilities)
  • Industrial projects
  • Healthcare facilities

This offers exposure to both mid-tier commercial developments and landmark large-scale builds.

The Roles

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Head contract and subcontract administration
  • Letting and negotiation of trade packages
  • Cost forecasting and reporting
  • Variations and progress claims management
  • Procurement and programming support
  • Financial management of projects valued from $10M to $200M+

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
  • Experience with a commercial builder (NZ or Australia)
  • Strong financial and contractual skills
  • Experience with head and subcontracts
  • Confident managing multiple trade packages and stakeholder relationships
  • Open to relocating to Australia for career progression
  • New Zealand / Australian work rights are essential
