I’m currently partnering with a well-respected boutique contractor to appoint a Structures Supervisor for a $30M bespoke hotel development in Western Australia.

This builder has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, architecturally designed projects, and with $200M+ of secured upcoming work, they offer strong long-term stability and genuine career progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who is ready to step up into a supervisory role within a supportive team that values development and internal progression.

The Opportunity

As Structures Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of key concrete, formwork and structural packages on an iconic hotel development.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team in a well-structured environment with clear reporting lines, strong systems, and a culture that genuinely invests in its people.

This role will allow you to develop your leadership capability, gain exposure to complex structural sequencing, and progress your career within a company that promotes from within.

This role would suit someone who is:

• A Leading Hand from a formwork company, sub-contractor or head-contractor ready to step up
• A Formwork Supervisor who has reached a progression ceiling
• A Site Supervisor from a sub-contractor or head-contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising in-situ concrete and formwork packages
• Coordinating subcontractors and managing daily structural site activities
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Maintaining strict safety and QA standards
• Working closely with Project and Site Management teams
• Full working rights in Australia, no sponsorship available for this position
