Summary
We are partnering with leading Not-for-Profit organisations to recruit Occupational Therapists across Residential Aged Care, Community, and NDIS services. These roles offer the opportunity to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams focused on improving independence, safety, and quality of life for clients.
Positions are available across Perth Metro and Regional WA, with strong organisational support and excellent professional development opportunities.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will support clients through assessment, therapy planning, and equipment prescription to maximise independence and daily functioning.
Key responsibilities include:

Conduct functional, environmental, and equipment assessments

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
-
Recommend assistive technology, mobility aids, and home modifications
-
Support clients to maintain independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, physiotherapists, and support staff
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
-
Assist with manual handling, falls prevention, and wellbeing initiatives

Deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions

Contribute to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
About You – To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
-
Experience in aged care, community, disability, or NDIS settings (desirable)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
-
A client-centred and collaborative approach
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
