Summary
We are partnering with leading Not-for-Profit organisations to recruit Speech Pathologists across Community, NDIS, and Paediatric services in Perth Metro. These roles offer the opportunity to work in supportive multidisciplinary teams focused on improving communication, development, and quality of life for children and families.
Opportunities are available North and South of the River, with strong professional development support and flexible working arrangements.
The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will support children and families through assessment, therapy planning, and evidence-based interventions to improve communication, language development, and functional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments

Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
-
Provide evidence-based therapy for children and NDIS participants
-
Support early intervention and developmental communication goals
-
Prescribe and implement AAC systems and communication supports
-
Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Provide education and strategies for communication in home and community settings
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
-
Participate in NDIS goal planning and outcome reporting
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
-
Speech Pathology Australia membership SPA (or eligibility)
-
Experience in paediatrics, NDIS, disability, or community settings (desirable)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to manage caseloads and therapy planning
-
A family-centred and collaborative approach
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Working With Children Check and NDIS clearance (or ability to obtain)
