Zenith Search is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing Agency Team, supporting Residential Aged Care across facilities in Perth Metro/ Mandurah.

With ongoing flexible shifts across multiple Aged Care providers, this is a fantastic opportunity for local Aged Care Nurses seeking excellent agency pay rates, consistent shift options and true roster control close to home.

About You
You are a confident and dependable Aged Care Registered Nurse with a strong ability to adapt across residential aged care environments. You integrate seamlessly into new teams and consistently deliver high-quality care.

You will bring:

  • A caring and person-centred approach to all residents
  • Strong clinical judgement and effective prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative team mindset
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility suited to agency work

You will collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Managers and the wider healthcare team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Recent experience working in Aged Care
  • Bachelor of Nursing & current AHPRA registration
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
  • Covid and Flu Vaccinations
