Branch Manager – Pumps & Irrigation

The role of Branch Manager will be responsible for the P&L of a regional Branch, providing pumping and irrigation-based products and services into the agriculture and industrial sectors. The Branch is part of a collection of Branches supported by an in-house fabrication workshop and back-office support.

The Branch provides servicing to existing customers, in branch retail products and major projects support. With a team of approximately 8 staff, this role will lead the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Three complimentary revenue streams:

  • Projects – Strong growth in project work within the mining sector
  • Retail – wide range of products in store, customer base includes plumbers and electricians
  • Service – focus on pumping and irrigation in industrial & agriculture

Experience in plumbing or irrigation trade related products and services would be highly regarded. This will be coupled with excellent leadership skills and sound financial acumen. The role will be tasked with building out both the projects and sales capabilities of the branch, as well as hands on contribution to the operation of the retail branch when required.

Based one hour north of Brisbane, this rural location could be an outstanding lifestyle move, only 30 minutres from the sunshine coast.
