Perth | North & South of the River

We are currently seeking experienced Contracts Administrators and Senior Contracts Administrators for our clients to support a strong pipeline of major construction projects across Perth. Opportunities are available with a range of highly regarded Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 builders, delivering landmark developments across multiple sectors.

The Projects

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of large-scale developments, including:

  • High-rise residential and mixed-use towers
  • Industrial and logistics facilities
  • Commercial office developments
  • Healthcare and hospital projects

Projects are located both north and south of the river, offering flexibility and variety in your work environment.

The Roles

Depending on your level, responsibilities may include:

  • End-to-end contract administration across the project lifecycle
  • Procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management
  • Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and final accounts
  • Supporting project delivery teams to achieve time, cost, and quality outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
  • Background working on medium to large-scale projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments
