General Practitioner (FRACGP / FACRRM) – Primary Healthcare
Location: Multiple locations across Australia (FIFO options available)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract / FIFO
Salary: Up to $336,000 + super

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Practitioner to join a dynamic Clinical Services Team delivering high-quality care across multiple service areas including clinic, outreach, and aged care. FIFO arrangements are available, offering flexibility for those seeking a balance between remote work and home life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services across clinic sites, outreach programs, and aged care facilities
- Managing chronic disease, preventative health, and population health programs
- Providing culturally safe, trauma-informed care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Participating in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management activities
You’ll work closely with senior medical staff, nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, and multidisciplinary teams, playing a vital role in improving community health outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Fellowship with RACGP (FRACGP) or ACRRM (FACRRM)
- Current AHPRA registration and CPR certification
- Experience or strong interest in rural/remote or Aboriginal health
- Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills with a culturally sensitive approach
- Current Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, Police Clearance & NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
