Join a well-renowned, established Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across WA. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has opened for an Intermediate to Senior Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team working on landmark developments.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle, with exposure to a diverse range of commercial builds. Experience across commercial apartments and mixed-use projects will be highly regarded, though a solid foundation in commercial construction is key.

About You:

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven capability across contracts, tendering, procurement, variations, and subcontractor management
• Solid financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
