Site Supervisor | Commercial Construction

• Salary up to $130k + super + vehicle + fuel card + gym membership

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-regarded commercial builder delivering a steady pipeline of small-scale projects across Perth’s South of the River and Peel region.

This is a number one on site role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their projects, and prides themselves on delivering quality outcomes.

The Role
You will be responsible for the full site delivery of projects valued up to $15M, managing all on-site activities from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive programme, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations as the lead Supervisor
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
• Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
• Experience delivering projects up to $10M-$15M
• Strong ability to run a site independently (No.1 role)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Solid understanding of WA building standards and safety requirements
• Trade background preferred
