Salary: $90K – $110K + Super + Bonus $5K-$10K

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, client-focused Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic, growing team. If you’re passionate about working with children and families along with adults and want to be part of something meaningful-this is the ideal opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily Living Skills
• Mobility and Physical Support
• Cognitive Support
• Sensory Processing Support
• Social and Communication Skills
• Mental Health and emotional wellbeing
• Writing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
• Providing detailed Supportive Independent Living (SIL & SDA) assessments in their home environment
• Working with neurodivergent children, adolescents and adult (Autistic, ADHD, developmental delays) in a way that’s affirming and empowering

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
• Has experience within the NDIS sector
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Drivers licence and registered/insured vehicle
• Passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Minimum 12 months experience in Occupational Therapy (12 months post-graduation)
