Salary: $90K – $110K + Super + Bonus $5K-$10K

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, client-focused Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic, growing team. If you’re passionate about working with children and families along with adults and want to be part of something meaningful-this is the ideal opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily Living Skills
- Mobility and Physical Support
- Cognitive Support
- Sensory Processing Support
- Social and Communication Skills
- Mental Health and emotional wellbeing
- Writing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
- Providing detailed Supportive Independent Living (SIL & SDA) assessments in their home environment
- Working with neurodivergent children, adolescents and adult (Autistic, ADHD, developmental delays) in a way that’s affirming and empowering
What We’re Looking For
- Someone with a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Has experience within the NDIS sector
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Drivers licence and registered/insured vehicle
- Passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in Occupational Therapy (12 months post-graduation)
