Location: Central, North or South Brisbane – Hybrid Role
Job Type: Part time – 3 days a week (opportunity to progress to 5 days)
Salary: $40 – $45 per hour + Super + $0.99c per KM reimbursement
About the Company
Our client is a well-established NDIS provider with 7 years’ experience in the field. They have a large support work team, and a growing Behaviour Support division. The Role
You will start as an Allied Health Assistant and progress into a Behaviour Support Practitioner role over the next 3-6 months. As an AHA you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of behaviour support plans, developing capacity and independence along with building a relationship.
Once you become a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will be drip fed a small client caseload as you build your confidence and knowledge by learning how to complete Comprehensive and Interim Reports, conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and more.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team alongside allied health professionals
- Experience implementing behaviour support strategies or positive behaviour approaches
- Experience working within the NDIS sector
- Australia Citizen or Permanent Residency or Permanent Visa
- Must have clean Driving Licence and own vehicle
