Our Client:

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care, and they are a leading Aged Care provider who have a wonderful company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression, and your career. They deliver high quality care and are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this beautiful facility located outside of Sydney. Work with a dedicated team which has 3 Clinical Nurse Managers on site delivering excellence and a clinical Residential Aged Care Manager.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
  • Support, coach and lead the clinical team
  • Support the Residential Aged Care Manager with staff leadership, training and education
  • Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

The Successful Candidate:

  • Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience
  • Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager working in a residential aged care
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC, SIRs, clinical reporting and best practice
  • Current Influenza and Covid vaccinations
  • Current National Police Clearance
