Our client is an established contractor delivering brownfield and NPI works across major mining operations is seeking an experienced Electrical QA / Completions Supervisor to join their project team in the Pilbara.

This is a critical quality-focused role supporting ongoing project delivery and upcoming programs, including meter change-outs and infrastructure upgrades. You will play a key role in ensuring all electrical works are completed, verified, and handed over to the highest standard.

About the Role

As the Electrical QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality, commissioning, and completions activities on site. This includes managing QA processes, driving compliance, and ensuring successful project handover.

You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the client to ensure all installations meet project specifications, drawings, and Australian Standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership capability and strong technical QA delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA/QC, commissioning, and completions activities across electrical works
  • Review and manage CVC packs, ITPs, and handover documentation
  • Conduct inspections, walkdowns, and oversee defect close-out
  • Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and system handovers
  • Liaise directly with client representatives and stakeholders
  • Supervise and support small site teams (approx. 1-10 personnel)
  • Maintain strong communication and enforce quality expectations on site
