Clinic Manager – Allied Health / NDIS Sector
Location: Cockburn Central, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120k + super (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established and respected provider in the Allied Health and NDIS sector, known for delivering high-quality, client-centred services to individuals and families. With a strong focus on clinical excellence, team culture, and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead their multidisciplinary team and drive operational success.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician or leader to step into a dynamic role offering both leadership and clinical oversight.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of clinicians to ensure high performance and quality care
* Overseeing daily clinic operations, including KPIs, billables, and productivity
* Managing budgets, reporting, and resource allocation
* Coordinating client allocations and maintaining waitlists
* Liaising with families, stakeholders, and external providers to optimise outcomes
* Facilitating team meetings, case conferences, and leadership discussions
* Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements
* Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive strategic outcomes

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, senior clinicians, and admin team, playing a key role in the overall success of the clinic.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Tertiary qualification in Allied Health with relevant registration (e.g. AHPRA)
* Proven leadership experience within the NDIS or disability services sector
* Strong understanding of clinical service delivery and operational management
* Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and team performance
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Driver’s Licence
* First Aid & CPR certification and eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
