  • 8:6 FIFO ROSTER
  • $50M PROJECT – BULK EARTHWORKS

Our client is a well-established civil and mining contractor delivering large-scale civil, mining and significant bulk earthworks packages across major iron ore operations in Western Australia.

They are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead the delivery of a high-value bulk earthworks project in the Pilbara on a 12 month project.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution across multiple work fronts, including earthworks, haul roads, and associated civil infrastructure.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent or Senior Supervisor on FIFO civil projects
  • Strong bulk earthworks experience, including delivery of 2.5M m³.
  • Experience managing large crews and heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification
  • Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of mining compliance, safety, and operational standards
