Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout/Perioperative Nurses
Location: Regional WA
Job Type: Casual and permanent opportunities
Salary: $82,945 – $106,630 (pro rata) + super | Casual: $52.30 – $72.00/hr + super

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join a collaborative theatre.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering safe, effective, and high-quality patient care within scope of practice
* Maintaining and developing clinical competencies relevant to patient needs
* Supporting and adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
* Advocating for patients and upholding their rights and dignity
* Providing education and support to patients and their families
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across the care continuum
* Effectively prioritising workload and managing clinical resources
* Supervising and supporting Enrolled Nurses, students, and care assistants as required
You will work closely with the broader clinical team and play a key role in ensuring positive patient experiences and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (perioperative, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology highly regarded)
* Availability to work flexible shifts and on-call as required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
