HSEQ Advisors

HSE Advisors – Multiple Opportunities | Tier 1-3 Builders | $5M-$150M Projects

We are currently partnering with a number of Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders to recruit experienced HSE Advisors across multiple projects and locations. With a strong pipeline of work secured, our clients are delivering projects ranging from $5M to $150M across high-rise residential, education, industrial, and commercial sectors.

These opportunities include both site-based roles (dedicated to a single project) and roaming positions supporting multiple sites, offering flexibility depending on your preference and experience.

The Opportunities
Our clients are well-established contractors with strong reputations for delivering quality projects and maintaining high safety standards. Due to continued growth and project wins, they are seeking proactive HSE professionals to support their teams on current and upcoming builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across site teams
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting

About You

  • Previous experience in an HSE Advisor role within construction
  • Exposure to commercial, residential, education, or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant safety qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in WHS or equivalent)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
