A nationally recognised Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join their growing WA team, initially delivering a $130M high-rise apartment development.

This is an opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering complex, large-scale projects across Australia, backed by a strong leadership team, excellent systems, and a secure pipeline of upcoming work. The successful candidate will initially oversee the finishes package on a flagship high-rise project before transitioning into a key role across both structure and finishes on future developments.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team, you will play a critical role in driving programme, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination across a major residential tower project.

This role suits a motivated Senior Site Supervisor with proven high-rise delivery experience who enjoys working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations across finishes trades
• Drive programme outcomes and ensure milestones are achieved
• Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
• Conduct site inspections and manage defect resolution
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and consultants
• Contribute to construction methodology and sequencing planning
• Assist in mentoring and leading junior site staff

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Senior Site Supervisor delivering high-rise apartment projects above $60M
• Strong finishes experience across large-scale residential developments
• Exposure to structural supervision highly regarded
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and construction methodology
• Ability to work within a fast-paced Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
