The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver an iconic $200M+ goverment / community build currently in early delivery stages in Perth. This landmark development is a fast-paced, technically complex build, with a strong focus on structures, services integration, façades, and high-class architectural finishes.

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex commercial/building scope
  • Drive programme, procurement, sequencing, and resource planning
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site delivery teams
  • Oversee structures, façades, services coordination, and finishes
  • Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
  • Ensure strong safety, quality, and compliance outcomes
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Operate autonomously within a high-performing delivery team

About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial projects
  • Strong background in complex building delivery (structures, façades, services, finishes)
  • Strong capability in programme, commercial, and subcontractor management
  • Confident leading site-based delivery in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills
  • Strong subcontractor networks within WA construction market
  • Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related qualification
  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects is essential
