- $200k + Super + $16k Salary Packaging

Our client is a leading Not-for-Profit and highly renowned aged care provider operating Residential Aged Care facilities and Home Care Services in Western Australia. Working alongside the CEO, the General Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of their residential aged care facilities and home care service and have outstanding experience in operational management and strategy, clinical governance and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day strategic and operational leadership delivery
- Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
- Drive optimal business outcomes and a culture of safety
- Oversee clinical governance, service delivery, workforce leadership and financial performance
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board
- Ensure operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Strategically and collaboratively ensure accountability within the team to meet accreditation standards
To be successful in this role:
- Experience as a General Manager/Operations Manager or Regional Manager ideally within the Aged Care sector
- Facility Manager with extensive experience working within the Aged Care
- High level experience in day-to-day operational management
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, human and asset management
- Demonstrated leadership and management and commercial acumen skills
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated ability in strategic workforce planning
- Experience in leading and driving continuous quality improvement and risk management systems
- Experience in the resolution of critical risks and issues
- Hands-on approach with a focus on leadership and customer service
- Current AHPRA Registration and relevant qualifications
- Change, project management aligning operational strategies/goal with governance strategies and outcomes
