With a strong focus on compassion, collaboration, and professional growth, they are seeking experienced Registered Nurses specialising in Anaesthetics/PACU to join their perioperative team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced peri-anaesthesia nurse seeking flexible casual work within a dynamic and supportive perioperative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering safe, comprehensive, and person-centred anaesthetic nursing care throughout the perioperative period
* Supporting evidence-based clinical practice within the perioperative team
* Maintaining strong professional relationships within a multidisciplinary environment
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation standards
* Contributing to a positive and supportive learning culture focused on continuous professional development
You’ll work closely with the Perioperative Clinical Manager and broader surgical services team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Recent experience in peri-anaesthesia or PACU nursing
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development and education
* Understanding of quality improvement and accreditation standards
