Our client is a respected provider within the healthcare and disability services sector, known for delivering person-centred, community-focused care across Western Australia. With a strong reputation for collaboration, innovation, and quality service delivery, they are seeking Occupational Therapists to join their growing allied health team and support clients to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth across Aged Care, NDIS and Mental Health services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions within homes, community and clinic settings
- Managing a varied caseload across aged care, disability and mental health clients
- Developing person-centred therapy plans, functional assessments and recommendations
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes
You’ll work closely with allied health professionals, support coordinators, families and carers and be a key part of the broader clinical team.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Relevant experience within aged care, NDIS, community or mental health settings
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
