Location: Northern Beaches, Sydney

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $85K – $120K – based on experience – amazing bonus structure $8K – $14K available

The Role

Our client is on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their thriving and rapidly growing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing Comprehensive and Interim reports and completing functional behaviour assessments
  • Working with restrictive practices and creating fade out plans where appropriate
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team
  • Setting goals and creating strategies to reach clients targets and collecting the data

What We’re Looking For

  • Core or above NDIS endorsement & Practitioner number
  • A practitioner with a passion with helping people with disabilities
  • Previous experience drafting positive behaviour support plans
  • Be confident providing direction around the use of restrictive practices
  • Interest in working with a mixed caseload – across the lifespan
  • Driving license and own car
