Supervisor

  • Permanent position with a strong pipeline of ongoing work

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong capability in utilities, services, and underground civil works for projects based in Perth, south of the river.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work across healthcare, accommodation developments, and civil infrastructure projects.

With multiple projects already underway and several more due to commence, this role offers genuine long-term stability and consistent project flow. It also provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of Perth-based civil works, with pathways into regional projects and larger-scale joint ventures as the business continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor delivering civil construction, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • Proven background managing utilities, underground services, and associated civil works packages.
  • Experience working within brownfield environments, coordinating works around live services and operational constraints.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies, safety legislation, quality requirements, and environmental compliance.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine desire to contribute to and grow within a well-established and highly regarded contractor.
