Chris Norris

Chris founded Zenith Search on the back of 16 years of international recruitment experience. He has worked in UK and Australia across a range of search and recruitment roles from senior consultant, to team manager, business development and director.

Before moving to Australia, Chris worked in the highly competitive European IT and professional engineering sectors, consolidating his skills in executive recruitment.

Chris now provides professional recruitment and executive search services to Western Australian clients in the construction, mining, professional engineering and supply chain and logistics sectors.

Guy Fulcher

Guy has decades of experience in the recruitment sector, both in Australia and the UK. Over his extensive career, he has recruited and managed successful, high-performing teams. He’s passionate about cultivating a positive healthy mindset and prides himself on constantly driving, learning and seeking different ways to engage, build on all relationships and grow.

Guy’s thrives on long-term client and candidate relationships. He’s committed to finding the best candidate for your business, or the best position for your next career move.

At Zenith, his focus is on recruiting for the construction and mining industry, including civil infrastructure, commercial building, mechanical and heavy industrial projects and mining operations.

Bernard Hoogenboezem

Bernard uses his practical knowledge gained from working in the mining industry to recruit for technical and professional roles in mining across Australia.

With over 7 years experience in mining and recruitment, his strength lies in developing business relationships at all levels. Clients and candidates alike trust Bernard to be maintain transparency transparent throughout the recruitment process.

His passion and drive are an asset to our mining section, where he leads his team in delivering high- value solutions to all.

Catherine McGrory

Catherine is passionate about developing and maintaining long-standing relationships by providing quality service and a diligent and transparent process.

She enjoys sharing her industry knowledge with clients and candidates, while our civil team benefits from her personal and professional leadership.

With several years of recruitment experience, Catherine specialises in civil engineering and civil project management across the Western Australian market.

Tanzela Azam

Tanzela brings more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment to Zenith. She boasts outstanding customer service and is dedicated to delivering results to both clients and candidates.

Her key expertise is in human resourcing for healthcare and community services, office support and admin, sales and marketing and finance and accounting.

She has extensive experience in national recruitment, from the east to west coast, as well as in remote and regional areas. She is passionate about engaging with people to find positive solutions in complex situations while building long-term relationships.

Nadia Smith

Nadia joined Zenith in 2019 and has since developed into a well-rounded technical recruiter in the mining industry. Now, as the manager of Zenith’s mining team, she leads from the front in delivering technical recruitment solutions for clients in Australia and internationally.

She prides herself on her transparent and thorough approach and is extremely passionate about her market, and it is this passion that gets the desired results for both her candidates and her clients.

Karen Sharp

Karen is an experienced search and senior recruitment professional, with more than 20 years’ working across various industry sectors.

Over the past 8 years, she’s worked both in house and at agencies in the health care sector, with special expertise in residential aged care, disability and community services, allied health, welfare and indigenous healthcare. She has recruited for remote and rural communities, as well as metro regions across the country.

Karen works closely with clients forming strong relationships while building trust and credibility. Candidates benefit from her knowledge of the health and aged care industry, and her passion for empowering others to succeed.

Neil Barrett

Neil first started his recruitment journey back in 2001, which has seen him grow whilst working for leading UK blue-collar brands. Through this time, he developed his skills in sales account management and developed a network of leaders that has been the underpinning of his successful career. He has served as an Executive Board Member of one of the UK’s fastest-growing blue-collar agencies.

Upon his relocation to Australia, Neil invested the time to build a high-level knowledge of the Australian working legislation and define a supply model that uplifts and supports clients in receiving a market-leading service based on delivery and performance that is not only fresh but complements their growth strategy.

Adrian Madaschi

Adrian is a highly driven and self-motivated team player who specialises in Business Development in the blue-collar space.

Focusing on a mix of clients across Civil Construction and Mining, and retail industrial clients in Warehousing and Road transport and Metal trades, Adrian highly values building and growing relationships with clients, candidates and recruiters to ensure the delivery of a quality service by resolving client staffing demands and providing candidate satisfaction in finding long term employment.
