Contract Administrator | Commercial Construction

  • Intermediate to Senior-level permanent position
  • Location: Centrally located in Perth, WA
  • Projects: Valued from $10M up to $150M | diverse portfolios
  • Salary: $150k – $190k + super (DOE)

We are partnered with well-renowned, established Tier 2 and Tier 3 commercial builders with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across WA. Opportunities have opened for an Intermediate to Senior Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team, with long-term stability.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle, with exposure to a diverse range of commercial builds. Varied project expeirence and a solid foundation in commercial construction is key.

About You:

  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven capability across contracts, tendering, procurement, variations, and subcontractor management
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
