Contract Manager

The role of Contracts Manager is responsible for managing over $2bn in contract value working for an established producer with multiple assets, leading a team of Contract Specialists.

As Contract Manager you will be hands on in terms of managing high value contracts spend across multiple OPEX categories across all assets. The role will also oversee, through leadership of a small team, management of contracts outside of designated categories. Contract categories include Diesel, Electricity, Renewables, Gas, Haulage, Underground Mining Services and Facilities Management. These contracts span a global asset base.

The role will report into a member of the Corporate Services leadership team and will be required to travel to site on occasion (minimal). The successful candidate will need to operate independently be able to multitask and be highly effective in stakeholder management, interfacing with C Suite, Corporate, Site-based leadership and potentially Board level.

A strong background in managing similar contracts and complexity in a resources-based environment will be highly regarded, coupled with strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, supported by relevant qualifications.
