Health and Safety Trainer
Project Through to Dec 2027

The Opportunity
Our client is delivering one of WA’s largest lithium developments and is seeking 2 x Health & Safety Trainers to join the project team.
Reporting to the Project HSE Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging site-based safety training and ensuring personnel are competent, compliant and project-ready across a major construction environment.
The project covers SMP, mining infrastructure, underground, bore fields, mill construction, cranes and lifting, logistics and associated civil works. With construction secured through to December 2027, this is an opportunity to join a long-term project with a well-established site team.
This is a FIFO 2:1 roster with mobilisation targeted within the next 3-4 weeks.
What You’ll Bring
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110)
- Strong Health & Safety training experience within mining or major construction projects
- Exposure to heavy construction environments including SMP, cranes & lifting, mining or civil works
- Ability to confidently deliver engaging site-based training and competency assessments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with frontline crews
- Stable employment history with demonstrated project tenure
- Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence (essential)
