Project Manager

  • $220K + Vehicle + Super
  • Perth Metro-based projects
  • Structures, retaining walls & complex civil infrastructure

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil contractor delivering a range of complex structures and retaining wall projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, offering long-term career progression and the opportunity to manage projects from tender handover through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of structures and retaining wall projects from start to finish.
  • Lead project teams, including Project Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive project performance while maintaining high safety and quality outcomes.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background delivering structures and retaining wall projects.
  • Excellent commercial and contractual management experience.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
