The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity is now available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join Pyramid Construction, a well-established WA commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects.
This role will see you working across two 4-storey apartment developments valued between $5M-$10M. The first project is already underway, while the second apartment development South of the River is scheduled to commence at the end of 2026.

The Position:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects from procurement through to final completion.
Working within a collaborative and experienced delivery team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, negotiate and award subcontract packages.
- Manage procurement schedules and purchase orders.
- Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations.
- Prepare client progress claims, forecasts and monthly cost reports.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost forecasting.
- Identify commercial risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support the Project Manager in the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects.
About You
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering apartments, hotels, aged care facilities and/or education projects will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of both head & subcontract administration, procurement and cost management.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple work packages simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and long-term tenure.
