Lead major civil construction delivery across a long-term WA FIFO project

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering a major civil/construction project in Western Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior construction professional to take ownership of site delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in achieving project outcomes within a high-performing environment.

With a strong pipeline of future works, this is a long-term permanent opportunity offering stability, career progression, and the chance to lead large-scale project delivery.

The Opportunity

  • Long-term FIFO opportunity based in Western Australia
  • 2:1 FIFO roster + 30% Uplift
  • Lead multidisciplinary site teams across complex civil/construction works
  • Drive project delivery, safety, quality, cost, and program outcomes
  • Work with an established contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects

About You

You will be an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale civil, infrastructure, mining, or construction projects.

You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline (essential)
  • Proven experience leading construction teams on major projects
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, planning, and execution
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, stakeholders, and site operations
  • A strong safety focus with the ability to drive a positive site culture
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
