The Opportunity

We’re growing the team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-tested market in the Mining space.

You will have the opportunity to work with a specialist team and the opportunity to advance your knowledge in one of Australia’s biggest industries.

We work with Mining Engineers, Geologists, Surveyors, and Environmental professionals and we back ourselves in providing the highest level of service in our sectors.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a market sector with well established relationships among talents and companies in the Mining Industry.

Client development and candidate management is at the core of what we do.

Ideally, we are looking for a consultant who we can develop from a 180 to a 360 desk. This means you’ll develop and own client relationships, manage a quality candidate pipeline, and drive placements from brief to start date.

You won’t be working from a generic database or cold-calling from a script. You’ll be embedded in a niche where market knowledge is the product, and you’ll have the backing of an established brand to open doors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and managing relationships with clients across the WA mining sector
• Running resourcing and recruitment for technical services roles
• Sourcing, engaging, and managing a pipeline of specialist candidates
• Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and genuine consulting advice to clients
• Representing Zenith Search with the professionalism and sector knowledge the brand is known for

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within mining, resources, or technical/engineering disciplines
• A track record of building client relationships and winning new business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial mindset
• Genuine interest in Mining or a background in Mining Operations is an advantage, not a prerequisite
• Someone who takes pride in quality, service, and rewarding hardwork
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
