The Role

You’ll manage house and land packages up to circa 25 at a time, ensuring every home is delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

Working closely with trades, suppliers and homeowners, you’ll take ownership of your sites while delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the build.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Residential Site Manager or be an experienced Site Supervisor ready to step into a Site Manager position
• A solid understanding of residential construction and site coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards
• A proactive approach and willingness to embrace continuous improvement
