An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project / Design Coordinator to join a growing construction team delivering a landmark luxury mixed-use development valued at circa $300M.
Working closely with an experienced Senior Design Manager, this role offers the opportunity to develop your career in design management while gaining exposure to a high-end, architecturally complex project.
The role will be based on a 50/50 split between head office and site, with the office located approximately 10 minutes from the Perth CBD.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal opportunity for a Design Coordinator or Project Coordinator to take the next step in their career and gain valuable exposure within a collaborative design team.
You will work closely with senior leadership, coordinating consultants, architects and subcontractors to support the successful delivery of a major mixed-use development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Design Manager throughout the design coordination process
- Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Manage design documentation and track key deliverables
- Review shop drawings, technical submissions and material selections
- Assist with resolving design-related issues alongside project teams
- Support project administration and document control requirements

About You
- Experience within design coordination, project coordination, contract administration or a similar role
- Exposure to commercial, residential or mixed-use construction projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in progressing your career within design management
