Zenith Search Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Shotfirers for ongoing FIFO opportunities with a well-known and respected mining client operating across the Goldfields and Pilbara regions.

With 2/1 and even-time roster options available, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Shotfirers looking for their next FIFO role.

This is a great opportunity for skilled Shotfirers looking for competitive hourly rates, superannuation paid on all hours worked, even-time rosters, and long-term stability with a reputable mining operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for safely executing drill and blast activities to meet daily production targets while maintaining strict compliance with site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting safe and efficient blasting operations

• Managing charging, stemming, tie-ins, and blast preparation activities

• Utilising NONEL and electronic initiation systems

• Ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and explosives legislation

• Working collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and mining crews

• Prepare, load and fire explosives in accordance with blast designs

• Ensure blast areas are cleared and secured prior to detonation

About You

• Current Shotfirer Licence

• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)

• Current WA Driver’s Licence

• Demonstrated experience in drill and blast operations

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Highly regarded:

• HR Licence

• Electronics experience
