Salary: $85K – $120K – based on experience – amazing bonus structure $8K – $14K available

The Role
Our client is on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their thriving and rapidly growing team. They are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner based south of the river in Perth to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload, supporting clients across the lifespan and making a meaningful impact every day.

Key responsibilities include:
- Writing Comprehensive and Interim reports
- Completing functional behaviour assessments
- Working with restrictive practices and creating fade out plans where appropriate
- Creating resources
- Working with a multidisciplinary team
- Setting goals and creating strategies to reach clients targets
- Data collection and analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Core or above endorsement level Behaviour Support Practitioner
- A practitioner with a passion with helping people with disabilities
- Previous experience drafting positive behaviour support plans
- Be confident providing direction around the use of restrictive practices and understanding the Commissions expectations
- Interest in working with a mixed caseload – across the lifespan
- Full clean driving licence with access to vehicle
- Teritary Qualification in a relevent field
