Location: Various Locations Across Regional Western Australia
Job Type: Contract (3, 6 & 12-month opportunities, with potential to extend)
Salary: $70-$89 per hour, depending on experience + super + salary packaging options + housing + travel within WA

About the Company

Our client is a respected leader in regional mental health services, delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, and families across diverse communities in Western Australia. Due to continued demand, they are seeking experienced CAMHS Mental Health Clinicians to join multidisciplinary teams across a range of regional locations.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAMHS Mental Health Clinician who is passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessments, care planning, therapeutic interventions, and case management for young people experiencing a range of mental health concerns. You will work closely with families, carers, schools, and community services to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care.

These roles are available across community-based CAMHS services, with opportunities for 3, 6, or 12-month contracts and the potential for extension.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services or a similar youth mental health setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or another relevant allied health discipline
  • Current AHPRA registration (where applicable) or eligibility for membership with the relevant professional body
  • Demonstrated experience completing mental health assessments, risk assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions with children and adolescents
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication skills, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
