Underground Charge-Up Operators

  • Even Time Roster 2/2 Days and Nights | BIBO from Perth / DIDO WA
  • Underground Charge Up Positions Available (NOT FIFO)
  • Temp to perm contract with very attractive rates on offer

About The Role:

– Safe and effiecient handling and storage of explosives and blasting agents

– Compliance of site blasting and evacuation procedures

– Ability to work effectively within a small production-focused team

– Charging and development headings and production stope

– Additional tasks as when required by UG supervisor

  • PAY RATES ARE ROLE-SPECIFIC AND EXPERIENCE-BASED
  • Charge Up/Shotfirer – $800- $950 / day experience depending

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in underground mine sites in Australia
  • Hold a dangerous good security card
  • Shotfire Licence required
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • Current manual Drivers Licence
  • Ability to obtain a National police clearance within 6 months
  • Must be an Australian/NZ Permanent resident/citizen
