About the Role

This is a hands-on clinical position where you’ll provide comprehensive nursing care across the clinic and community.

You’ll be involved in:

• Acute and emergency presentations
• Clinical assessment and management of deteriorating patients
• Primary health consultations and health assessments
• Adult and child health checks
• Chronic disease management and care planning
• Medication administration and immunisations
• Emergency stabilisation and preparation for evacuation
• RFDS coordination and patient transfers
• Working alongside visiting GPs and specialists
• After-hours/on-call requirements as rostered

About You

We’re looking for an RN who enjoys variety, autonomy and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

You’ll have:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Remote or Emergency nursing experience
• Strong acute assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Confidence managing emergency presentations
• Ability to work independently within a small team
• Excellent communication skills and a culturally respectful approach
• Understanding of primary health care and Aboriginal health
• National Police Clearance and WWCC, or ability to obtain
