HSET

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HSET professional to join a major Tier 1 mining asset owner on a large-scale mining operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSET professional with a strong HSE Advisor and training background to work directly for an asset owner, supporting site operations and helping drive a strong safety culture across the workforce.

The role will provide exposure across HSE, training, compliance, risk management and workforce engagement, working closely with operational teams, supervisors and site leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant HSET qualifications
  • Previous experience in a mining environment
  • Strong HSE and training experience
  • Experience delivering training, inductions and competency-based programs
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and site safety
  • Confident engaging with frontline crews, supervisors and management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a FIFO mining environment
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
