A growing WA-based multidisciplinary contractor delivering civil, water, defence and industrial projects for major resources clients. This business is scaling toward direct-to-client relationships with some of the biggest names in resources and investing in people ahead of the next wave of work.

About the Role
We’re looking for an engineer with combined Civil, Mechanical and Electrical experience to join a business offering genuine project variety – from sumps and wastewater treatment through to defence works, water tank installations and warehousing. No two projects look the same, and you’ll be part of a lean, capable team supporting delivery across multiple concurrent sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, scoping and delivery of civil, mechanical and electrical works across multiple project types
  • Work closely with site teams and project management to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
  • Assist with technical problem-solving across multidisciplinary scopes
  • Contribute to project planning and scoping during downtime between site mobilisations
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Engineering background spanning Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines (formal qualification)
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary construction or resources projects
  • Previous FIFO experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across site and office-based planning functions.
