HSE Advisor – Roads & Civil Construction

Perth Metro OR South West | $120K-$130K + Super + Allowances

We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join a major civil construction and roads contractor supporting a strong pipeline of projects across Perth Metro and the South West of WA.

There are opportunities available across two distinct work environments:

Perth Metro – Night Works
Based in Perth, supporting major road and civil construction works primarily undertaken at night. This position will suit someone who is comfortable working outside standard hours and enjoys being hands-on across active construction sites.

South West – Day Works
Supporting regional road and civil construction projects throughout the South West. These positions will predominantly involve day works, with project locations varying depending on the work program. DIDO arrangements and accommodation are available where required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE Advisor looking to work across a variety of road and civil projects rather than being tied to one long-term site.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant HSE / WHS qualifications

• Previous experience in civil construction, roads or infrastructure

• Strong understanding of construction HSE requirements

• Experience working around roadworks and traffic management

• Ability to engage effectively with supervisors, project teams and frontline crews

• Strong risk management, incident investigation and compliance experience

• Confident working autonomously across active construction environments

• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends for Perth-based works

• Flexibility to travel and work across regional South West projects for DIDO opportunities

• Current Australian driver’s licence
