Job Type: Full time or part time (minimum 3 days a week)
Salary: $85K – $115K + Super + Fantastic Bonus Structure + Travel Reimbursement

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, working across Southeast Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan. You’ll support a diverse caseload across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents and adults to develop meaningful, evidence-based behaviour support strategies that build capacity, independence and lasting positive change. You’ll have the autonomy to bring your clinical expertise to the role, build strong relationships with participants and families, and see the real impact of your work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete comprehensive and interim behaviour support reports
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based interventions
- Develop Behaviour Support Plans, including restrictive practice and fade-out strategies where require
- Develop tailored clinical resources to support implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
- Establish participant goals and clinically informed strategies to support outcomes
- Collect, analyse and interpret behavioural data to monitor progress and inform clinical practice
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a relevant Positive Behaviour Support qualification
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner endorsement desirable but not required
- Strong commitment to supporting people with disability and improving participant outcomes
- Previous experience developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Interest in working across a diverse, mixed caseload spanning the lifespan
- Full, clean Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A confident, collaborative and motivated practitioner who values team culture, professional growth and high-quality clinical practice
- Full Working Rights in Australia

- Permanent full-time or part-time position – minimum 3 days per week, with a flexible community and work-from-home model
- $85K-$115K + super, with the flexibility to choose your KPI level and salary package
- Travel reimbursement for community-based work
