About the Company
Our client is one of Queensland’s highly respected providers of Behaviour Support, Allied Health and Community Services. With an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional, person-centred outcomes, this organisation has experienced significant growth largely through word-of-mouth referrals-a reflection of the quality of their clinical work, the strength of their team and the genuine relationships they build with participants, families and support networks.
This is a team that doesn’t believe great Behaviour Support is about simply managing a caseload. It’s about having the time, support and freedom to make a genuine difference.
If you’re looking for a workplace where clinical excellence comes first, professional development is actively encouraged and you’re surrounded by experienced clinicians who genuinely care about the work they do, this could be your next career move.
The Role

With ongoing mentoring, supervision and professional development, you’ll be supported to continue progressing through the NDIS Capability Framework and grow your clinical career.
Forget unrealistic KPIs and unmanageable workloads. Quality clinical outcomes come first, giving you the autonomy to build genuine relationships, apply your expertise and develop creative, evidence-based strategies that create lasting change.
With a diverse lifespan caseload, you’ll broaden your experience, strengthen your clinical skills and work across a range of needs – all within a team that genuinely invests in your success.

- Analysing data to measure outcomes and continually refine interventions
- Creating engaging resources that help participants and their support networks achieve meaningful goals
- Applying evidence-based practice to create positive and sustainable outcomes
- Being part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to best practice and continuous improvement

- A passion for learning, professional growth and delivering high-quality clinical outcomes
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Competitive salary of $95,000 – $115,000 + Super + Fuel Reimbursement + Bonus of up to $6K per annum
- Hybrid working with genuine flexibility to support work-life balance – work from home/community-based opportunity
- Exceptional professional development, including ongoing mentoring, paid training, conferences and structured career progression
- Manageable KPIs that allow you to focus on quality clinical work-not simply numbers
- Weekly one-on-one supervision and mentoring to support your growth and confidence
- Learn from experienced clinicians within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Clear career progression through the NDIS Capability Framework
