- Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core, Proficient or Advanced/Specialist Level
- Location: Hilbert – South East Suburbs of Perth
- Job Type: Full time or Part Time (4 days a week)
- Salary: $85K – $115K – based on experience – amazing bonus structure $8K – $14K available

You’ll join a growing national organisation of 70+ employees and an established Perth team of eight practitioners, including two Advanced Practitioners who provide regular supervision, expert guidance and genuine career development.
The Role
Our client is on the lookout for an ambitious and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their thriving and rapidly growing team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Writing Comprehensive and Interim reports and completing functional behaviour assessments
- Working with restrictive practices and creating fade-out plans where appropriate
- Working with a multidisciplinary team
- Setting goals and creating strategies to reach clients’ targets and collecting the data
What We’re Looking For
- Core or above NDIS endorsement & Practitioner number
- A practitioner with a passion with helping people with disabilities
- Previous experience drafting positive behaviour support plans
- Be confident providing direction around the use of restrictive practices
- Interest in working with a mixed caseload – across the lifespan
- Driving license and own car
